Shipping and Deliveries

No, we don’t deliver or ship outside Hong Kong at all. All our operations are completely limited to the territories of Hong Kong and we don’t accept orders with addresses that’s outside this region.

All deliveries are within Hong Kong and completely free of cost as well. We ensure free deliveries for any purchase. There’s no minimum spend cap to ensure free deliveries, as all purchases are free of cost.

We make sure that deliveries are completed in timely manner. Each order takes 2-3 business days to reach your doorstep, which includes 1 business day for internal processing and shipping purposes.

Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Our company offers 30-day returns for damaged, defective, or wrong products sent to your doorstep. You must make a return request for such items, within the stipulated 30-day period, and we’ll assist you with the rest.

Once a return is approved, we allow you with two different options. One is to avail an exchange, if the replacement is available, and the other is a complete refund of the amount that you’ve paid to us.

No, there’re no return or restocking fee that we charge. All our products are our responsibilities and we ensure smooth and free returns. Besides, we don’t charge a single penny for the restocking of items.

Quality is our first priority, as we make sure that all materials we use for crafting our decorative items are first-grade. We craft items with quality materials and with high attention to detail, with quality craftsmanship for maximum quality.

Payments and Miscellaneous

At present, we only operate in the Cash on Delivery payment mode. The COD payment mode has been selected to ensure enhanced relationship with each of our customers. It helps in building trust and transparency, as customers only pay after they get the item at their doorstep.

As we’re using only COD, we don’t take any fiscal information from our customer. However, if there’s a need to refund any amount, we use bank transfer, as it’s the only feasible option. We get all necessary details via email, and process the information in a safe and timely manner.
