4. The Payment Model: Cash on Delivery

To establish a high level of trust, we utilize Cash on Delivery (COD) as our sole payment method. This ensures that no transaction occurs until the item reaches your doorstep.

• You are responsible for having the exact amount ready in local currency (HKD) at the time of delivery.
• Our delivery partners are authorized to collect payment before handing over the physical product.
• Failure to provide payment at the time of delivery will result in the cancellation of the order and the return of the item to our facility.

5. Order Processing and Shipping

Our logistics framework is designed for efficiency within Hong Kong:

• Handling: We require 1 business day for packaging and internal validation.
• Transit: Delivery typically occurs within 1 to 2 business days following dispatch.
• Fees: We offer our delivery services free of cost to all areas within Hong Kong.
• Accuracy: You must ensure that the address provided at checkout is complete. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by incorrect location data.

6. Order Cancellation Protocol

We understand that plans can change. You have the right to cancel your order subject to the following timeline:

• Cancellation Window: Orders can only be cancelled while they are in the internal processing stage. This window lasts for 1 business day from the moment the order is placed.
• Post-Shipment: Once an order has been dispatched from our facility, it can no longer be cancelled. At that stage, you must wait for the delivery to arrive and then follow our return procedures if you no longer wish to keep the item.

7. Returns and Exchanges

• Resolution: You may choose an exchange (subject to stock) or a refund.

8. Refund Mechanism

As we do not collect digital payments initially, refunds are processed via bank transfer.

• You must provide accurate banking details via email.
• We initiate the transfer within 1 business day of a successful inspection.
• Please allow 10 to 12 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your banking institution.
